A wood and paper mural by Cedar Rapids artist Richard Pinney, which includes Pinney's signature wood pieces and highlights 33 children's book characters. Commissioned by the Friends of the Cedar Rapids Public Library in 1990, it hung above the entrance to the Children's Room at the 1985 library, and is currently displayed in the children's area of Ladd Library.
