The Cedar Rapids Public Library offers free notary public services at both locations by appointment. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please fill out the form below. A notary will contact you to confirm the date, time, and details of your appointment. Please note that notary services are only available during library hours and must be confirmed by a staff member.
Please remember - our notaries are not attorneys licensed to practice law in this state. They are not allowed to draft legal records, give advice on legal matters, including immigration, or charge a fee for those activities.
