The Opportunity Center at Ladd Library is a collaboration between the Cedar Rapids Public Library, Kirkwood Community College, the United Way of East Central Iowa, HACAP, and the City of Cedar Rapids. Designed as an entry point for anyone who needs services, the Opportunity Center is a unique partnership in Cedar Rapids.
Hours
Opportunity Center services are generally available Monday to Friday, 9 am-4 pm. Hours vary and are subject to change.
