"Regeneration" was designed by renowned sculptor Albert Paley, who was selected by the Public Art Committee as part of the Downtown Library rebuilding. The steel sculpture is approximately 18 feet high and 30 feet long and represents the rebuilding and regeneration of our community post-flood.
