By reserving this room, I acknowledge:

  • That I am responsible for the condition of the room(s) at the end of my event and am responsible for the cost of all damages. It is my responsibility to request a pre-event walkthrough if desired.
  • That I have scheduled my arrival and departure times to include time for setup and clean up. All events must end at the scheduled departure time.
  • That I have read and agree to follow the guidelines and pay fees as appropriate.
Will you be serving food or drinks at your event?
Food or Drink Requirements

Food that is potluck or homemade is allowed at no cost.

Anything store-bought or ordered will incur a catering buyout fee of $2 for each person you expect to attend your event.

This fee is payable to the Cedar Rapids Public Library. Payment is due no later than the day of your event.
