Beems Auditorium is a large room with a divider; one half of the room features space for up to 75 people in chairs auditorium style, or 42 seated classroom style at tables.

Beems Auditorium is a large room with a divider; the full room (both halves) features space for up to 150 people in chairs auditorium style, or 84 seated classroom style at tables.

This traditional Conference Room is set up for meetings around one large table.

This specially designed conference room comes equipped with a table, chairs for up to six people, and a wall mounted monitor. Connect your laptop to the monitor via the provided HDMI cable. You must bring your own laptop or check one out from the library.

This nontraditional room is set up for groups to meet in comfortable, soft seating, around coffee tables instead of conference tables. There is a flat screen computer mounted on the wall for use with documents from a flash drive. (Please bring your items on a flash drive to use on the computer).

The Community Room at Ladd Library features space for up to 50 people, depending on the seating arrangement.

Whipple can only be booked by speaking with a library staff member.

Whipple Auditorium features spectacular two-story views of Greene Square. The auditorium seats up to 200 people in classic theatre-style chairs. 

The LivingLearning Roof can only be booked by speaking with a library staff member. All reservations of the LivingLearning Room require a fee.

Spectacular views and a rain garden are the highlight of this roof-top space. Up to 150 people can be seated for a reading or a ceremony in the specially designed pathways. The library can provide chairs for the LivingLearning Roof, but you are welcome to use the furniture provided or bring your own. 

The Library Commons can only be booked by speaking with a library staff member. All reservations of the Library Commons require a fee.

Hand operated die-cutting machine that uses commercial steel-rule dies to cut through cardstock, chipboard, fabric and more.
